American Grammy-Award nominated R&B singer, Omari Ishmael Grandberry, better known as Omarion replaces Shean Kingston in the much anticipated State of tha Republic Concert scheduled for tomorrow 20 July 2008.

Sean who was billed to run the show with American rapper Fat Joe (Joseph Antonio Cartagena), will not be featured because his managers say “he has ill health.”

But that does not derail the biggest show in the city on Sunday night. The Terror Squad Entertainment Don Fat Joe is hitting it big with Omarion at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).

Omarion, an actor, songwriter, record producer, dancer and former lead singer of boy band B2K is credited with founder of the group 2 Much.

His second album, 21, followed in late 2006 and was kicked off by the excellent Timbaland collaboration "Ice Box."
